- Digital Products: Once an access code has been delivered or activated, the product is non-returnable.
- Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized to your specifications are non-returnable.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive an RMA: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item, including all original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Label the Package: Clearly label the package with the RMA number provided, and send it to the address given by our customer service team.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be credited within 7 business days based on your payment provider’s policies.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
